These terms cover your use of the SharedFrame website and waitlist, and set expectations for how the SharedFrame event photo service works once booked. By joining the waitlist or using SharedFrame at an event, you agree to these terms.
Joining the waitlist is not a booking
Submitting the waitlist form only registers your interest so we can follow up with you. It does not reserve a date, does not confirm availability, and creates no obligation on your part or ours. A booking exists only once we confirm event details, date, and availability with you in writing.
The first-booking discount
As a goodwill offer, waitlist signups may be eligible for a 20% discount on their first SharedFrame booking. This offer:
- is tied to the specific email address used to join the waitlist;
- is limited to one discount per customer;
- is not transferable to another person or booking;
- is not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part; and
- may be withdrawn at our discretion for signups we determine, in good faith, were made in bad faith (for example, duplicate entries or fraudulent information).
Service availability
Whether we can service your event depends on date and location. Availability is not guaranteed by joining the waitlist and is confirmed only once we agree on details in writing.
Ownership of photos
Photos captured at your event remain the property of the couple or organiser and their photographer. SharedFrame processes and delivers those photos as a service provider on their behalf, and does not claim ownership over event photography.
How galleries work
Guests find photos they appear in by taking a selfie at a QR code at the event, and receive a personal gallery of the matching photos with full-resolution downloads. Guest galleries expire 30 days after the event. Guests are responsible for downloading anything they want to keep before their gallery expires — we cannot guarantee access to photos after that window closes.
SharedFrame does not guarantee that every guest will be correctly matched in every photo they appear in. Face matching accuracy can be affected by lighting, camera angle, image quality, and other factors outside our control.
Printing
Printing is an optional add-on and is off by default. Where offered, it is subject to separate arrangement and availability at the event.
No online payment or automated quoting today
SharedFrame currently does not process online payments, does not maintain guest or customer accounts, and does not generate automated quotes. Pricing and booking details are discussed and confirmed directly with you.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
