These terms cover your use of the SharedFrame website and workspace. SharedFrame is sold to photographers and organisers who run events; their guests use it for free. By creating an account or using SharedFrame at an event, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You need an account to create events. You are responsible for what happens under it, including the photos you upload and your right to upload them. Creating an event and getting its guest QR code is free.
Paying for an event
Each event is paid for once, in advance. Payment is what unlocks photo upload for that event — until it arrives, the event exists but accepts no photos. Payments are processed by PayMongo (card, GCash, or Maya); we never receive your card details.
The current price is ₱1,999 per event, a launch promotion against a regular price of ₱2,999. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects an event you have already paid for.
Event passes
You can pay for events ahead of time and hold up to five unused event passes on your account. A pass is applied to one event and is then spent. Passes do not expire, are not transferable to another account, and are not redeemable for cash. If you need a refund instead, write to us and we will deal with it case by case.
Limits
Each event accepts up to 2,000 photos, JPEG only. If you need more room, contact us before the event rather than after.
Ownership of photos
Photos you upload remain yours, or the couple’s or organiser’s, as your own arrangement with them provides. SharedFrame processes and delivers them as a service provider on your behalf and claims no ownership over event photography. You are responsible for having the right to upload the photos and to make them available to guests.
How guest galleries work
Guests scan the event’s QR code, take one selfie, and receive a personal gallery of the photos they appear in, with full-resolution downloads. Guests do not pay and do not create an account. Galleries stay open for 60 days after the event. Guests are responsible for downloading what they want to keep before then — we cannot guarantee access after that window closes.
SharedFrame does not guarantee that every guest will be matched in every photo they appear in. Matching accuracy is affected by lighting, camera angle, image quality, and other factors outside our control.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available throughout your event and its gallery window, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If something goes wrong on our side during an event, tell us and we will make it right.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
